Yes, all Source courses are online so you can learn from anywhere at any time. Simply connect to the internet using your smartphone, laptop, iPad or other smart device.
No, you can study at your own pace. The laundry and cleaning courses are each composed of short modules that can be fitted in easily to a busy schedule. You can pause and start the course whenever you like and as many times as you need. (Within the 12 month licence validity period).
All of our courses are all interactive, online, digital courses. They use animation, video and notes to give you the best, most effective way of learning.
The laundry course usually takes around 2 hours to complete. The cleaning course is longer and usually takes approximately 4 hours to complete. However, this may vary depending on the pace you prefer.
Either. You can sign up for our courses yourself, or ask your employer if they would consider doing it for you.
You sure do. Once you’ve taken the course there is an assessment to complete. Pass this and you’ll be sent a digital certificate to show off and add to your CV.
Of course, you can purchase additional certificates from your Account page.

Additional Certificates
To purchase additional certificates and assign them to your team members, please visit the Train Your Team page (tab at the top of the page)
Unfortunately, you can only purchase additional certificates for one course at a time.
You can purchase additional cleaning certificates and then go back and purchase additional laundry certificates (or vice versa).
You can change the quantity of additional certificates at the bottom of the check-out page. The check-out page will appear after you click on BUY NOW. You might need to scroll down the check-out page.

Via the ‘dropdown’ button, you can download an Excel list of your unassigned enrollment keys.
Otherwise, you can enter each member’s details on the Manage Sub Account page, and communicate their enrollment key to them.
You cannot modify the enrollment key.
Train Your Team
Yes, absolutely! You and your team can reuse the training courses as many times as you want within a year of purchasing the licence.
However, each licence comes with only one certificate. You can purchase additional certificates from your account page.
The courses can be used to train people together in a group setting.
However, for individual use, everyone will need to take turns. Different people cannot use the course simultaneously.
