This website is published by LUXURY HOUSEKEEPING TRAINING (“LHT” or ‘School”), a French SARL with a share capital of 1.000 €, registered in ANTIBES under nb 879 831 204 and based 14 Rue Vauban 06600 ANTIBES.
1. Terms
By accessing this School and its website https://source-training.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this website. All the materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Courses
A description of the courses together with the availability of the online courses are available on our website. We will provide the courses with reasonable care and skill in accordance with the description set out on the website.
The School reserve the right to vary or withdraw any of the courses described on the website without notice.
The student must ensure that the courses he purchases will meet his needs. The School does not make any guarantee to the student will obtain a particular result, professional qualification or employment opportunity from your purchase and completion of any of the courses.
3. Fees
The fees for the courses shall be as set out on the website or as told to you over the telephone at the time you placed an order for them.
Unless otherwise specified at the time you purchase the courses, the fees are exclusive of VAT or other local taxes, the cost of some course materials and any delivery costs payable in respect of the delivery of course material to you
Fees for the courses selected by you on the website or purchased over the telephone shall be debited from your credit / debit card at the time of purchase. Fees must be paid in full prior to you attending any taught course or accessing any online course.
Any fees charged by your debit or credit card provider in connection with your purchase of services are for your own account and the School shall not be responsible for these.
4. License of downloaded materials
In consideration of the fees paid by you, we grant to you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the course materials provided by the School and the software in respect of the online course for the sole purpose of completing the online course and / or attending a taught course.
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
• copy, modify, reproduce, re-publish, sub-licence, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit or distribute any of the materials;
• use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
• use the materials in the provision of any other course or training whether given by us or any third party trainer;
• attempt to modify, adapt, merge, translate, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer (save to the extent permitted by law) any software contained on the School’s website;
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
• transfer the materials to another person or ‘mirror’ the materials on any other server.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by the School at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
5. Online courses
You may not record on video or audio tape or record in any other form of recording, relay by videophone or other means the online courses accessible on this website.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not use our website in any manner that is illegal, unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or in relation with any illegal, unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity; or in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website.

7. Breach
In the event of any breach on the above terms, a prior notice asking you to cease such breach will be sent to you asking you to cease your breach within 48 hours.
In the breach is not remedied within those 48 hours, we will be allowed, if we wish, to immediately terminate the relationship with you and cease to provide you with any services, including but not limited to access to the online courses.
We may also take such action as we deem suitable to deal with the breach, including prohibiting you from accessing the website, suspending your access to the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.
8. Disclaimer
The materials on the School’s website are provided ‘as is’. The School makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Such information will mostly be the student’s details, the order details, the correspondence and technical information, the connexion data and payment information. The student has to right to access and request any changes to and/or removal of any information concerning the student kept by the School. To use this right, the student must contact the School at [email protected]. Any information concerning a student and his courses will be kept for a maximum of 10 years. During that time, your information will be kept secure and will not be transferred to a third party

The School has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by the School of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.
